How billing works
Month 1: $5,000 Foundation fee. All setup work completed during this period.
Month 2 onward: Monthly retainer begins at your chosen tier ($2,500 Standard or $3,500 Premium). Month-to-month, no long contracts.
You are never billed for Foundation and retainer in the same month.

Most websites are built to look good, with SEO bolted on later or not at all. I build the opposite way: sites structured for local search from day one. Proper URL structure, schema markup, Google Business Profile alignment, and pages built around the treatments and keywords your patients actually search for. If you don't have a website, or you have one that was never built for local visibility, this is where we start. You get a clean, professional site that's ready to rank, not one you'll be rebuilding in a year.

Questions we hear most often.
Why the upfront Foundation fee?
Because the work has to be done right before ongoing optimization has anything to build on. Without Foundation, monthly retainer work just maintains gaps. I require Foundation before any monthly engagement so the work we do together actually compounds.
How long until I see results?
Most clients see early movement within 60 days: map pack improvement, increased call volume, AI citations starting. Meaningful results compound over 4 to 6 months. Anyone promising faster results is overstating what's possible with SEO.
Why is AI visibility split between monthly and quarterly tracking?
Because Perplexity and Google AI Overviews respond to the same optimization signals as Google search and can be moved within 30 to 60 days. ChatGPT and Claude rely more heavily on training data and authority signals built over 6 to 12 months. Splitting the deliverable reflects the reality of how each platform works rather than promising results we can't deliver on the timeline you'd expect.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No long contracts. Standard and Premium both run month-to-month. SEO and AI visibility compound over time, so the longer we work together, the better the results. If the work stops being valuable to you, you can cancel anytime.
What if I already have an SEO agency?
Most practices do before they start with me. If yours is working, stay. But if your map pack rankings have been flat for 6+ months and your call volume isn't growing, that's a conversation worth having.
Who's doing the work?
Me. I run WM Miami solo, I'm based in Miami, and we can meet in person whenever it makes sense. You get the person actually doing your optimization, not an account manager reading from someone else's notes.
What's the difference between Standard and Premium?
Standard maintains what we built in Foundation and grows it slowly through monthly content and ongoing optimization. Premium is for practices actively pushing growth: 2 blog posts monthly, quarterly conversion analysis, link building, and technical audits. If you want maintenance, choose Standard. If you want acceleration, choose Premium.
Do you build websites?
Yes. I build SEO-ready websites structured for local search from the start (see pricing above). If you already have a site, I optimize your existing pages with titles, meta, schema, content edits, and internal linking as part of Foundation and ongoing work. Long-form pillar content is included in the Premium tier.
