Real Results for AMP Mental Health

AMP Mental Health is a multi-provider psychiatric practice in Miami serving patients in English and Spanish, both in person and through telehealth across Florida. Strong reputation, hundreds of reviews, deep referral relationships. But for the searches patients were actually running, and the questions they were asking AI tools, the practice was largely invisible. Here's what changed.

Where we started

AMP had built real trust with patients and referral partners. Their online presence didn't reflect it. The Google Business Profile listed two services and was locked behind a verification issue. The website was missing H1 headings on nearly every service page. The Spanish pages, serving a significant portion of their patient base, contained no local signals at all: no mention of Miami, Florida, telehealth, or the insurance they accept. An old office address was still circulating across directories and showing up in AI answers. And there was no rank tracking or AI visibility tracking of any kind, so there was no way to know what was working.

Where they rank now.

Google map pack and organic positions as of July 22, 2026. Positions reflect what Miami-area patients see when searching these terms.

What we did to get there.

Rebuilt the Google Business Profile

Expanded services from 2 to 57, each with its own description. Restructured to four categories. Rewrote the business description to include the 40+ insurance carriers they accept, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare. Added 23 photos and set every attribute.

Fixed the technical foundation

Rewrote titles and meta descriptions across all 26 service pages in English and Spanish. Added missing H1 headings sitewide. Consolidated duplicate URLs with 301 redirects. Cleaned up structured data and removed conflicting links. Built new Suboxone and MAT service pages in both languages with medical schema, FAQ sections, and proper hreflang.

Localized the Spanish experience

The Spanish pages had no local signals at all. We rewrote them to include Miami, statewide telehealth, Spanish-speaking providers, and accepted insurance. We also built bilingual review request templates and a HIPAA-safe response protocol the team could actually use.
